Our Fees

We are a private nursery school operating at Bentley and Kingsley. Our private childcare places provide families with an agreed and consistent pattern of care. This page explains our private-fee arrangements.

Private fees and quotations

Private fees are based on the agreed days and session times. Before accepting a place, families receive our current Fees and Funded Place Information and a written quotation confirming their attendance pattern, weekly fee and any optional services selected. All private places are subject to availability and are governed by our Private Place Agreement.

Registration fee

A non-refundable registration fee of £125 applies when a private-place application is accepted.

Funded hours within a private booking

Eligible families may choose to use funded hours within their private booking. Funded hours are recorded separately and shown at no charge on the invoice. The remaining private hours are charged in accordance with the agreed quotation.

Food provision

Nursery-provided food is optional and charged as follows:

Hot lunch: £3.50 per booked day
Snacks: £2.00 per booked day
Tea: £2.50 per booked day

Families who do not purchase nursery food may use the reasonable alternatives set out in our Food Nutrition and Mealtimes Policy.

Payments and notice

Private fees are charged monthly in advance. Six weeks’ written notice is required to reduce or end a private booking.

Full payment, absence and closure terms are contained in the Private Place Agreement provided before a place is accepted.
