Registration Fee
A non refundable registration fee of £100 is required to confirm your child's place. This includes your child's Dottie Tots bag, uniform t-shirt or fleece and a bamboo toothbrush.
Fees & Discounts - from April 2023
We operate a simple fee structure with our sessions being based on a rate of £8.15 per hour. We offer flexible booking patterns with the option to book ad-hoc hours if you require them. Breakfast, healthy morning and afternoon snacks are included. A hot two course meal is also included for our babies.
We offer 7.5% discount for those who take up a full time place at our nurseries. We also offer a sibling discount of 10% which is deducted from the eldest child's invoice. This will apply to the same number of hours that the youngest child attends. Please note, that it applies to a standard booking pattern and is not applicable to additional hours. We also offer a military discount of 10% at our Kingsley setting. All discounts are calculated on a monthly basis. Please note that a maximum of one discount may be used per family at any one time.
Early Years Education Funding - Universal Hours
We offer ‘Stretched’ funded sessions for 51 weeks of the year, and are open for 51 weeks of the year at our Bentley, Kingsley and Churt nurseries. You can access a maximum of 11 funded hours over 51 weeks of the year with a balance of 9 hours which can be booked in addition to your regular pattern. This makes up the total of 570 hours which are available for all 3 and 4 year old children.
Please note that our Crondall nursery is a term time only provision, where we provide a standard offer of 15 funded hours per week over 38 weeks of the year.
Early Years Education Funding - Extended Hours (30 hours)
We offer 30 hours funded places, which are stretched over 51 weeks of the year. You can access a maximum of 22 funded hours over 51 weeks of the year with a balance of 18 hours which can be booked in addition to your regular pattern.
This makes up the total of 1140 hours currently available for those who are eligible for extended hours (also known as 30 hours funding).
Please note that our Crondall nursery is a term time only provision, where we provide a standard extended offer of 30 hours per week over 38 weeks of the year.
Please note that we ask for a small hourly fee of £1.30 for funded hours to cover snacks, consumables and other activities that we provide and that are outside of the basic provision that we receive funding for.
Two Year Old Funding
We offer funded places for eligible Two Year olds, who meet a specific criteria.
Term Time Only Places
We also offer term time only places. These places are subject to availability for children aged over two years old.
Tax Free Childcare Scheme
We accept payment from the government Tax-Free Childcare scheme. We also accept all childcare vouchers from providers and employers, which can significantly reduce your childcare costs. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.
Payment of Fees
Fees are due monthly in advance. Parents are invoiced on or around the 20th of the month via email and payment is due on or before the last working day of the month. Fees still apply if children are absent, sick or if holiday is taken during times that we are open. Late payment fees may apply.
Notice Period
Parents must give 6 week’s notice in writing to cancel their child’s place at Dottie Tots.
